Hi Q Constantia Kloof has No Respect for it's clients

Went to Hi-Q Constantia Kloof, in the Roodepoort area to replace my tyres.

The one worker who was putting my new tyres on after balancing, deliberately put 3 tyres on, put the tools down and went over to another bay assist a car that had just drove in for wheel alignment. Leaving my car with 3 tyres on and the 4th one lying on the ground.

Mind you I've been waiting for an hour at this point. With no care in the world, this chap just walked away right in my presence to work on another vehicle. I was left stunned and gobsmacked by this disrespect.

When I walked to the office to complain, I was told by what seems to be the Big Boss to allow him time to finish off the other vehicle. What Bull??? Finish off a vehicle that pulled in an hour after my arrival?

After a few screaming sessions, I still had to wait for the vehicle before I could have mine attended to in terms of alignment.

I have never seen anything like this. Pathetic!!!!

Oh... When I asked the one colored gentleman who works in the office as well, if they thought I was stupid by treating me this way, he responded:

"Sir, if that's how you see yourself, then that's it"

Despicable!!!! Freaken outrageous!!! I'm really disgusted by all this.

Lastly, when my car was finally on the wheel alignment bay, I asked the chap that left it incomplete on why he would do such. He calmy said:

"Sir, I'm a wheel alignment technician. I only assist on the other side, my job is here. I'm sorry but part of the agreement is that if a car comes in for wheel alignment, I must leave everything and go attend to it, and that's what I did."
