HI-Q Constantia Kloof

I definitely won't recommend anyone to go to Hi-Q Constantia Kloof. I took my vehicle in for disc skimming and brake pads replacement. Upon receiving my vehicle and starting to drive back home, I felt this terrible warping and shuddering when I app**** the brakes. I immediately phoned Neal and asked why this was happening, emphasizing that it wasn't normal.

His response was that my wheel balancing and alignment were off. I then took my vehicle for wheel balancing and alignment. They showed me the report showing my balance and alignment were barely off.

My vehicle went back on Wednesday to investigate why I was experiencing this terrible warping and shuddering when braking. They informed me that the skimming was never done and only the brake pads were replaced (they showed me before they did anything).

If I still had my invoice, I would have demanded my money back. No problem, I'll just use social media to share my story of how I was ********** and how my life was put at risk to cut costs!
