Hi-Q Automotive bad service

I always use HI-Q, on Friday the 17/07/2020 I took my front tyre 14" to switch my tubeless to a new tyre,I paid R150, they switched it and gave me the tyre and said it's tested and balanced and is fine for use,I fitted the rim to my car,and drove to the shops,as I came out of the shop the tyre was partially flat,I drove to a garage to pump it up,I did not get a 100 meteres and the whole tyre was destroyed,this cost me a towtruck to get my car back home,I mean I do not know about tyres,it is HI'Q that should of told me that either the tyre leaks or is not fit for use,then I would of bought a new tube tyre ex***** hard times,I cant pay R150 a fitment,R600 a towtruck and again R699 for a new tyre and tube,now my car is standing can HI'Q please come up with a solution.
