Hi-Q, a wheel & tyre shop, forgot to fasten the bolts on my wheel - nearly ****ing me.

Saturday, 06/01/2018: Had my rear tyres moved to the front and two new tyres put on the rear of my vehicle. On my trip from East London (to Paarl), my car became extremely unstable and started swerving across the N2 at +-100km/h, from left to right. I missed an on coming bakkie (fortunately the driver was alert) by, quite literally, 10mm.

It turns out the back left wheel nuts were not fastened. One wheel nut had already come out along the way, another one I gave a half turn to with my finger tips before it came out. The remaining two were so loose, the wheel was able to be moved by hand.

Today, Monday, 08/01/2018, I had to reach out to Tim (assuming he is the owner), to force an apology. Take into account that my family and I are long-standing clients of this branch.

Does this branch, or all branches, of Hi-Q not do quality control? After all, it's only life you are playing with.
