Great service

I had a puncture on my Everest, and had to replace a tyre. After fitment I wanted to pay with my bank card, but the Internet lines were too congested to allow the payment to go through. I had to go to an ATM to withdraw money, and because it was month-end, I had to queue for more than a hour before I could pay for the tyre replacement. The patience and service I received from the sales lady during this time was outstanding. It has been a long time since I received such a good service, and I thank her for that.
