**** COVER

I was a regular client to Hi-Q Polokwane along Bok Street and was advised to join a store cover called "VIP" which you pay monthly and whenever you need something you can use that money within Hi-Q. I arranged for debit and transections went through for over 6 months, the next thing when i went there the store relocated then i visited the other branch within Polokwane where they indicated that they do not know anything about the cover, so they provided contacts of the owner of Bok Street shop who promised to assist but to date i never received my money back. This experience seriously affected my relationship with Hi-Q and till this is resolved by the franchise managers i do not see myself setting a foot at any of their stores.
