Failed shock under warranty

4 X gasryder shocks fitted in April 2017 on my golf Mk1, at HiQ Alberton North. Left rear shock started leaking. Called HiQ Alberton North and reported the matter. I was told to bring the vehicle in same day. When I arrived at the branch, I was received as though I was a special customer. There was no fusyness regarding driver style, pot holes roads, whether ect. In no time the faulty shock had been replaced. The courtesy and professionalism that I experienced far outweighed my expectations. WELL DONE to the HiQ Alberton North team!!
