EXCELLENT SERVICE

We can honestly say that the service at Hi-Q Nelspruit are always outstanding (this said after we went to 3 other tyre companies in Nelspruit who was either unhelpful or unfriendly and they could not assist us with all the services we required). Hi-Q Nelspruit rotated our wheels and Johan saw that there was an oil leak on the right rear tyre, he suggested that we have someone look at it as it could be brake fluid or diff oil. When we got someone to take a look at the problem it was indeed diff oil that was leaking. If it was not for Johan who mentioned it to us we might have had quite a lot of damage on our vehicle as we are leaving for Durban on 14 October and we would be taking a caravan down as well. Besides that we will never waste our time again by going to another tyre garage.
