Excellent Customer Service

<p>I had a tow bar fitted to my new car and the service I received at Hi-Q was absolutely fantastic. From being greated as I arrived to the hostess taking me through to the lounge to have a coffee while I waited for the driver to take me to work. They compelted the job in the 4 hours they quoted and collected me again from work. Their service was professsional, efficient and friendly, I really felt like a VIP! Thank you to the team at Hi-Q Cape Town!</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to the review above they had the most cost effective quote and were able to fit me in the day after I confirmed the quote. On arrival I was greated by the manager and another staff member who inspected my vehicle and infact pointed out two missing bolts that I hadn't noticed so I contacted Renault to find out where they were as the car was pre-owned and purchased from them.</p>
