DO NOT GO TO HI-Q Parow!

I tool my car to hi-q Parow, regarding a thump noise when i pull away. The manager told me the shocks was done, and that’s probably the issue After i paid over R5000, he had the audacity to tell me the sound is thill there, but he doesn't know what the issue is, and that i should drive the car a bit to see if the problem goes away! I have this on mail! Then i took the car after expressing my concern, only to find out that the problem is now worse, and the sound is louder when i turn, I then took the car to tyremart N1, the guy out the car up on the lift, showed me that the new shock was completely loose and thats the the sound is louder, and also found the original issue, in 5 minutes. He also didn't charge me a cent! Hi Q will NEVER see me or anyone i know ever again, and i will recommend that people rather go to tyremart. I am utterly disgusted in this service!
