DO NOT BUY TYRES FROM HI Q

I purchased brand new tyres from Hi Q in November of 2022. The brand was pushed onto me by the salesman at the time.

Just over a year later, during a service, I was informed that the tyres are worn and have spots on them already. I could not believe this as the tyres are nearly new and I use the car for town driving mainly.

I took the car to Hi Q in Wynberg CT where I purchased them to get them exchanged because they were still in the 5 year warranty. The lady at reception was incredibly rude, and told me is not thier problem because I didnt rotate AND balance my tyres every 7000kms. I have NEVER rotated and balanced my tyres every 7000kms in my life, and neitehr has anyone else. Ive never had a set of tyres need to be replaced after 15 months.

The tyres were made in 2018 as the lady let slip. They were sold to me in 2022 quite forcefully (i now know why), and 15 months later they are broken and its not Hi Qs fault? I will never use Hi Q again, or buy anything from them again, and will actively tell anyone who cares to listen to never use them again.
