Dishonest and Bad service

I am truely disappointed with the dishonesty and service of HI Q ALLENDALE. i knew i had a slow leak on my back left tyre on Saturday.i was leaving for durban so needed it checked asap. i went in and paid R150 as i was told in the presence of my mum that its a leak by the valve and i complained about the price but i was told a mushroom plug is needed and its R150 with balancing as its patched from the inside etc. still needed it done so i let it be. sunday driving back slow leak still looked visible half way bp oasis i had the guy put my spare tyre on. came back to ask Hi Q about it. now they deny they ever mentioned the word valve to me as when they checked the tyre now they said its a leak by the valve. i said but url told me that Saturday. now there is complete denial. so now they come tell me here is where we placed the mushroom plug. i got furious and just asked them to throw my tyre back in my car. driving off i clearly recall having a nail in that tyre about 4 months ago and they fixed it 4 me at hiQ greyling street as my dispatch manager drove my car down 4 me. i even thought about it. if allendale hi q put a mushroom plug 4 me where they say they did WHY DIDNT THEY MENTION 2 ME I HAD A NAIL IN THE TYRE On SATURDAY.?? that was not said at all until now when they showing me what was clearly an old repair and where did i dream up i was told it was leaking at the valve? i even said it to the girl now about the valve leak before the guy came back now and said its leaking at the valve. when i said it she didnt deny it and say what u talking about mam u had a nail.in ur tyre Saturday NO. after he comes and says its leaking there she said she never ever mentioned valve to me on Saturday. The level of service and dishonesty is shocking. its not about the R150 as i just walked away shaking me head. driving off in thought..it never made sense how the story from Saturday changed today. plus i have a chat on Saturday that i messaged my sister saying i just spent R150 on my tyre as they said it's leaking at the valve etc. and why i complained about the price is because i paid R50 for my last puncture and our company vehicles get repaired at Hi q greyling street at R80. thats why i said R150 for a repair to this girl Saturday. plus the guy had the audacity to tell me a mushroom plug is like R200 and that i even got discount getting it at R150! just TWO words for Hi Q allendale Shocked and disgusted
