Damaged RIMS

My vehicle was towed by Allies Motor Spares to Mossel Bay to have both rear tyres replaced. When I received the vehicle back, both rims were damaged - gashes and sc*****. It would appear a hard object might have been used to remove the tyre. Hi-Q is adamant that there machine or staff did not cause it. Ironically, my front rims are perfect but those they worked on damaged. The regional manager, Denver Demink, was not much of assistance either and subsequently agreed with the branch. This company provides bad service. I spent R3750 with them and this is the **** service I got. I will never use this pathetic company again! what a waist of R3750. There attitude was so unhelpful at the branch themselves without questioning their staff and implying I am in the wrong. Never again Hi-Q and Allies Tow trucks who recommended Hi-Q Mossel Bay. Should of trusted my gut feel to use Supa Quick!
