Cross Neglect

<p>On the 27th of August 2016 I rotated and fitted two new tyres on my Kia Sorento at Hi-Q Lydenburg (Job no. 54781). Today my wife went to Nelspruit and on her return she complained that there are unusual sounds coming from the wheels. I checked the tightness of the wheel nuts and found the nuts on all the wheels completely loose and one nut on the right front wheel missing. To make it even worse, this is not the first time it happened. On a previous occasion, after fitting tyres, I found the left front wheel loose after a couple of days and made it off as an honest mistake but what are the chances of an “honest mistake” happening twice? This is a case of cross neglect on the part of Hi-Q staff. I am terrified of the thought of what could have happened if a wheel came off whilst my wife was driving through the Long Tom Pass.</p> <p> </p>
