Coffee, a smile and 5 star service

On the 6th June 2022, around 11h00, I went into Hi-Q Centurion (South St & Heuwel Rd) to get my wheel checked for a slow leak. I was greeted by Martin - I didn't get his surname. After explaining my issue, we walked back to my car, he examined it, gave me a number in the queue and advised on the what will happen and what it may cost. Then he invited us in to wait and bribed us with lovely coffee. The service ended up taking less time than he mentioned because, as it turned out, I didn't have a puncture but rather my valve needed to be tightened. The service was so, so good. From the hello and welcome, to the advise and information, to the coffee and how even the other employees take time to make sure you're sorted and helped. Someone needs to give Martin a bells. I would, but I'm not sure what he drinks - so I'm going to rather give him, and the people at Hi-Q 5 stars. Keep up the good work. I will be back - hopefully not too soon though.
