Bad sevice

I have to get my wheel alignment checked every 6 months. I contacted Collision Managment Center and arranged that alignment must be done. CMC let me know that alignment has to be done at HIQ, so I phoned HIQ and made sure that everyting is in order. Anthony told me that they cannot do alignment due to n problem with the machine, so I let CMC know that the alignment cant be done. Busi at CMC contacted me and told me to go for alignment and that everything was working fine. I contacted Anthony again and made sure and assured me that all is perfect I can come in the week. So on Friday 25/9/2015 I went and the machine is still not working. I had to take off work to go, for the reason I dont live in Kimberley I live 65km from Kimberley. This is really poor sevice, now I lost have a day pay for nothing. And if CMC and HIQ ever wake up I have to take off again
