bad service
<p>I recently had 2 new front tyres put on at HI-Q ****tle falls) think they fall under roodepoort for some reason, took the special at the time car wash, balancing and alignment, went to fetch my car had a piece of paper on the seat saying something about checking left tyre, nobody mentioned anything to me so thought it was there for the person doing the balancing, drove a few days later on the highway felt like the left tyre was going to fall off, went back to HI-Q was told I needed to have the left wheel modified and thats what the paper was in my car to let me know, A) they should have told me not left me a note in the car, B) why didnt they do it while the car was there? Now I am told I need to pay again for this.. sorry when I took the car for tyres there was nothing wrong with the left wheel, I have never felt that strange feeling of a wheel wanting to falll off every before until they put the tyres on.. Why should I pay for something that was not wrong when the car went in for the tyres.. if they did something they need to fix it I am not paying again after paying R3000.00 for tyres, balancing and alignment. dropped the car off on friday for them to do it I got there they had done balancing again and not the modificaiton as they were supposed to because I have refused to pay for it so the problem is still there and I have wasted another day by leaving my car there with them. On another note a week later they did 2 new tyres for my husband got a call car is ready my husband got in the car went left the steering was facing right I called and said something is wrong they said sorry they didnt have time to do the alignment and we had once again taken the special so paid R250.00 for wash, alignment and balancing and they never had time then why did they say the car was ready and why didnt they say please come back tomorrow we didnt do the alignment? take your money and dont do what you pay for? Service is shocking and in this area everybody talks you have tiger wheel and tyre and superquick within a few Km's of Hi-Q so they either change the service or they going to suffer cause people in this area talk!!</p>
