Bad experience

Worst customer service from Hi-Q Montague Gardens. I took in my i10 cv joint to replace the head on cv joint and the guy who replaced the head, cut through the driveshaft and I had to replace the whole driveshaft at driveshaft centre. After telling them about this, they rubbed it off and advised that this is my fault. They told me that they had nothing to do with the situation.
