Arrogant staff and poor service delivery!

<p>I paid R560 to be treated like a stupid and a beggar... R400 to have 4 tires changed & balanced and my wheel alignment done, plus an additional R160 for "turning circles" which nobody could clearly explain except for "Mr Know it all" who responds with rethorical questions and arrogant answers, which I normally would let slide as I'm not that childish but when I had to make a return trip to advise that what I paid for wasn't delivered on, "Mr Know it all" decides to test drive my car and fix it while driving (Yip, at 50 Km/h he decided to remove the steering and straighten it because according to him the previous guy that worked on my car removed it but replaced it in the same position) and when I stated his taking chances he sarcastically responds " ja like this Is my first car I'm working on" newsflash idiot it's your first and last Life! This arrogance seems like a norm because between the time I left and now I managed to talk to four others that advised they had previously received similar service and also decided boycott their services. Oh and to top it off the guy changing tires is trying to rip clients off with lousy valve schemes... Utterly disgusted and will never return even if they paid me... Still driving my car with the issues I initially paid them for and will have it sorted by a competitor that knows about customer service.</p>
