Disgusting Service

14th Jan 2023, i came to Hi Q waterfall branch 35mins before closing time, i required 2 front wheels to be balanced before my 6hour drive to durban. I was turned down by the brance sales consultant, when explained i just needs two front wheels balanced he went inside and called a manager to tell me that they are closed. Manager did offer to do it on the 16th for me but i explained that im leaving for durban the same night and had come 35mins before closing time, still was turned down and said to come another day. Extremely disappointing service from HiQ especially when i have such a long trip
