Terrible Experience Hi-Q Midrand Old Pta Road

Very bad experience today at the midrand old Pta road branch. A technician by the name of Billy, at least what I was told by the cashier who was in tears with laughter after the day light *******, they all did not have name badges on. I took my car for wheel alignment I was told it’s R300 and the guy took my car in to the alignment bay only to call me some 10 minutes later to tell me my rack ends were loose, he offered to fix them for me for cold drink money of R100 I told him I only have the R300 that I was charged he then told me he can’t continue I should take the car to my mechanic and bring it back when the rack ends are fixed. I told the supervisor/manager by the name of Colin he told me I have to pay R150 because my car was on the alignment bay aligned or not. The funny part a couple of months ago I brought my Hyundai H1 2018 model with a suspension that was never worked on the same technician told me the same story when I told him I don’t have the cold drink money he told me he will fix for me but I owe him and I did not understand, Colin was not around that day but there was another Indian guy who was in charge that day. I had just arrived from a 160km trip with no steering shakes when I drove up to 120kmh , Now my steering wheel is shaking when I get to 100kmh just after driving out of the branch, people must be careful of this as it is probably the reason for accident happening on the roads, greedy people like “Billy” cost people so much maybe even lives for just an extra R100. The shocking part is the cashier was laughing when I got charged R150 with no alignment done on the car, when I told her I’m taking this up she said go ahead and try your best.
