Poor craftmanship

I visited Hi-Q Helderberg on the 17th July 2021, to replace disk & brake pads because of a squeaky sound on the FR wheel. After they have asked me a couple of questions about how the steering wheel feels while driving, I think I might have looked like I don't have any clue about what I was talking about.

Only to be quoted additional R3k for wheel bearings etc etc (which I didn't accepted at that stage) but we in week 2 now and the squeaky sound still persists after new discs & pad have been replace??♂️?

I wouldn't recommend anyone to make use of their service as I feel they are trying to take advantage of unskilled people and expose cliental for return business.

Absolutely poor craftsmanship!! And playing with peoples livelihoods and hard earned income.
