ℹ bought a tyre for R1200 @ Hi -QRustenburg CBD on 11/11/21, it was fitted and went home left my vehicle for a week at home due to work commitments- Today wen wanted to drive it- it was flattened. I taught it was the rim due to the tyre being new. When I got at the rim factory they pick up that it was damaged the day it was replaced. Went back to HQ where they dismally blame me saying it was damaged by the rim company. I am really dissatisfied of the fact that I need to claim for insurance and pay the difference. Bad customer service and really bad attitude.
