Complaint

I went to Hi-Q Industria in Polokwane to do wheel Alignment. To cut the long story short:

1. The guy by the name of Martin (sales rep) had a problem with the fact that I am paying via fleet card. He said to me that he doesn’t have time to be holding the phone waiting for authorisation.

2. Martin asked his colleague to call for authorisation and the colleague told me that the authorisation number says they only work during weekdays and not on weekends.

3. I was told to pay the service from my own pocket and not with the fleet card.

4. I called the authorisation department using my phone and the number went through. I went back to Martin to finalise authorisation with with my own phone mind you.

No apology was issued to me whatsoever afterwards. What a bunch of *********** employees of Hi-Q industria in Polokwane. Very pathetic customer service at its best. I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere than Hi-Q industria.
