Bad sales manners

Good day I phone Hi-Q Gezina this morning regarding my car's tire that I replaced in 2019. The sales person on the other end was very rude and started shouting and then the phone made a bad noise and I had to put the phone down. I have never received any friendly customer care from them. It's as if they know the public need them and you (the public) either deal with it or go somewhere else. This is ridiculous
