HI-Q - Scottsburgh

I reside many miles away from my Sister who is older and not in the best of health. This morning I was informed that her car battery was died this preventing her to get any of her essential needs and meds.

Not knowning much about cars, never mind battery sizes etc, I jumped onto the net and started searching for advise and battery suppliers. HI-Q popped up and taking a chance I sent off a request for a quote on a small car battery. To my suprise, I received a call within minutes of me pressing SEND. The advise, assistance and total kindness I received from there on from HI-Q (Scottsburgh) was unbelievable. What a absolute pleasure to have someone understand that I have no car knowledge and take their time to ensure the battery was replaced with an affordably priced battery Taking the time to stay communicating with me right to end when my sister called to say her car was back in working order. I do not have the words to express my gratitude and admiration for HI-Q - Scottsburgh branch and its amazing people.
