Was ****med R2100 in the name of minor service

What a waste of R2100,I wish I just bought oil for my car and changed oil for myself,or took it to car service city where they usually service my car better than what I got yesterday...a minor service dat was just for oil change only,not even try n see if I can fix minor cheaper staff they diagnosed my car with,my car went there with a smoking problem,still smokes,engine light on,still there nothing really helped me taking my car there...what a **** could have done a lot with R2100 Car not washed after,worse..no service book signed or stamped,my car just went there to get 3pinds of oil and comeback with oil marks infront of the bumper as it was not washed... honestly dat was my first and last using Hi- Q/Bosch Midrand...
