⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!
I recently had the suspension on my 2013 VW Tiguan repaired at Hi-Q Menlyn, and I can honestly say the level of customer service I received from Justin and his team was exceptional. Service like this is incredibly rare these days. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Justin had personally taken ownership of the job. One of his team members was already waiting outside, knew exactly which vehicle we were bringing in, and had the job card prepared. Before any work started, Justin had a staff member to take my vehicle for a test drive to assess the suspension himself. That immediately gave me confidence that the diagnosis wasn't simply based on replacing parts. While waiting, my wife and I decided to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I asked Justin if he had someone who could drop us off. He explained that his vehicles weren't suitable for transporting passengers, but without hesitation he arranged and paid for an Uber to take us there. During the repair, Justin remained true to everything he had promised. When the front suspension was dismantled, he personally inspected the components and phoned me to explain that the front shock mountings did indeed require replacement. I missed his call initially, but he also took the time to send me a WhatsApp video showing exactly why they needed replacing. That level of transparency was outstanding and gave me complete confidence that only genuinely worn parts were being replaced. While we were having breakfast, Justin also arranged that I could either phone him when we were ready or he would contact us once the vehicle was finished. When I called to say we were done, he once again arranged and paid for an Uber to bring us back to the workshop. When we arrived, one of the technicians was completing the final test drive. Afterwards, I noticed the car was put back onto the lift and the front wheels removed again. I honestly thought someone was about to tell me more parts needed replacing at additional cost. Instead, Andries came over and explained that during the second test drive they had identified worn stabiliser links. To my surprise, they had already replaced them at no additional charge because they wanted the vehicle to leave in the best possible condition. That completely exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, there were no surprises, no pressure, and no unnecessary upselling—just honest advice, excellent workmanship, outstanding communication, and customer service that went well beyond what I expected. Thank you, Justin, Andries and the entire Hi-Q Menlyn team for making what could have been a stressful and expensive repair a genuinely positive experience. I would highly recommend Hi-Q Menlyn to anyone looking for honest, professional service backed by people who genuinely care about their customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great prices, excellent service
Recently needed to replace my tyres, which can be a pricey exercise. After getting quotes from various providers, I settled on Hi-Q as their price for the exact same product is just under 20% better than their closest competitor. Combine with this the fact that the service itself was impeccable, Hi-Q Menlyn is an absolute no-brainer, no need to consider anyone else.

Great prices, excellent service
