KIA Seltos off round Tyres

I took my vehicle in for wheel balancing after receiving it back from the panel beaters. However, the problem still remained. The problem was that as soon as you accelerate the vehicle starts to vibrate and you actually felt unsafe in the vehicle. Checked vehicle in with Kia and they assured me it is definitely wheel balancing that is the problem and needs to be fixed. Took it back to Hi Q and being frustrated I requested to chat to the manager. The manager Tommy very politely checked my vehicle's tyres and explained to me that I have two off round tyres and suggested that he logs a claim on my behalf with Good Year. Good Year's claim department was not assisting, but Tommy went out of his way and went to see Good Year's management and had it all sorted. Video was sent of faulty tyres to Good Year and in no time, I received 2 new tyres and now my vehicle is a pleasure to drive. What makes Tommy unique is that he went out of his way to assist me even when the tyres were not purchased from him. Thanks Tommy we need more businesses like yours in SA.
