Shoddy Service - Unprofessional

I took my vehicle to Hi Q Fourways change a pot-hole damage tyre. I had taken my own tyre with the have changed and the wheels alligned. The damaged tyre was taken-off my vehicle and the attendant spent 45 minutes trying to remove the tyre from the rim. He advised there was not enough pneumatic pressure for the equipment to function properly. He refitted the damaged tyre to my vehicle and told me to go to the Tiger Wheel & Tyre in the same precinct (Fourways Crossing). No apology was offered. The manager was in his office - not a care in the world.
