Acknowledgement of excellent service

I am writing my correspondence to extend my greatest appreciation on the quality service received from Hi-Q Cape Town Herengracht team. On the 22nd August 2024 my car ( Chevrolet Cruze- CA 476038 ) was booked in this facility for service as it broke down a week ago in Goodwood while my wife was on her way to work. The team under Kashief did an excellent service, although I was not physically on site to book the car in myself. It was just a phone call away, and everything was sorted. On Monday 26th August 2024, I got the car back. The power which was lost has been restored and I knew that you won't disappoint. Infact this is not the first time. I have been using them since 2019, as the service plan lapsed in 2018. Your work is extremely amazing and I can't keep quiet...You are the best and I am bringing my other car to you soon,just watch the space. Your service is beyond reproach. Thay you Kashif and that's why I keep on coming back to Hi-Q Cape Town, it's because of your professional service. I could have taken my car elsewhere since I have moved my employment from Cape Town CBD to Bellville, but your professional conduct and care for clients is the reason why I am still with Hi-Q Cape Town.
