Vehicle damage

I went to Hi-Q bellville, Durbanroad to have a puncture fixed. Unfortunately, my vehicle was damaged when they lifted it up and a huge dent was made underneath my car / on the sill. I reported the damage on the same day, 3 February 2020. The manager at the time, acknowledged the damage and apologized. Since then I have had absolutely no feedback on the three quotes I have emailed through to them. (The damage is between R3000 - R6000 as per the quotations). I have sent numerous emails to which I get no response and when I phone they just say :"we will ask the owner". I have requested that the owner contacts me, but im yet to receive any phone call from them. The service is absolutely pathetic.
