Suspension

Requested a quote on control arm bushed and a few other things to be done on the Ford Bantam. They quoted 1350 to do all bushs and replace the stabilizer bar links. When i came to fetch the bakkie they failed to notify me about not putting in the stabilizer bar bushs. I returned the next day to complain about that not being done, the just said oh we forgot to tell you we didnt put it in because it was going to be to much work. Ontop on that complaint the bakkie was making a strange knocking sound when i drive on an uneven tared road not to mention the short peace of dirt road i have to drive to go to work from my house which is well maintained. The owner of this HiQ said to me there is nothing wrong with the work they did after going back for the 3rd time today 14th of February 2018 i showed the pictures of what the bushes looked like and how badly ****aged they are. The owners continued to say its not there problem. Not to mention they have had to out sorce the job to a so called engineering firm in town called KZN Engineering. I would like to take this further leagally as the owner has threatened to use legal action against me because he is not scared of me. Please advize me my e-mail adress is **********
