SERVICE PAID FOR NOT RENDERED

I paid for services that was not done. I was charged for wheel alignment , change over , balancing and car wash. According to the owner Martin van Rensburg the wheel alignment was done and halve a car wash .The owner initially acknowledged that they did not do what was paid for and advised me to return after my holiday so that they can sort out the problem. But on returning to Hi-Q Roodepoort they attempted to suggest that I am lying. They even threatened me with something of my past .They also immediately revered me to their head office legal department. They even influenced their employees to lie. It seems like they are very experienced in having customers pay for services and not supplying the service. I would really suggest staying away from Hi-Q Roodepoort.
