PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I recently visited HI Q Turffontein to get brand new tyres removed from my brand new set of rims. i have not even fitted the rims onto the car as yet as i was going to put different tyres onto these rims. they removed my tyres but have left horrible scratches and dents on my brand new rims. i would have recieved better service from someone on the side of the road since they did not care about how they handled my goods that belonged to me. i did inform the employees to really take care but they turned a deaf ear to me. when i had recieved my rims back i called the Manager Jaco who took no responsibility and looked at other alternatives when it was his employees that damaged my rims. he eventually ignored my presence... did not offer to fix the situation but rather said we work with machines. i am really disappointed as i know how reputable HI Q is and that is why i had taken my rims to a HI Q because i had trust in them, i am an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my vehicle and i am really disappointed and upset at the service HI Q has given to me.</p>
