Hi Q tyresurance dnt live up to their promises
I am totally disgusted and dissappointed with hi q tyresurance. We registered a Goodyear tyre with them this morning before leaving for johannesburg. Because the tyre was registered with them on the same day as the pothole damage claim they refuse to approve our claim and the claims process takes a long time.
As a result of the pothole damage i now have to replace 2 tyres in bloemfontein on our way to johannesburg. I am registering my new tyres with hi q tyresure aswell so this means if i get any damage on the new tyres my claim will be rejected which to me is totl bull****.

05 Apr 2022, 13:38Got feedback from Hi Q. They willing to reimburse the tyre i registered on the 4th april. Also claiming on same day. Now they expect me to come all the way to Bloemfontein to claim. That is ridiculous why cant they just deposit the money into my account. That is unacceptable. It not my mistake u take hours to process your claims at headoffice. Pls sort out your admin you should be able to track a tiresurance with the cars registration nr.
