Disgusting service from HI-Q Phalaborwa

I went in with my sister the other day. To enquire about her Car tyres that she bought the other day. It was making a sound and the guys that were there by the name of Johan and Danie. I don't know if I should call them ****** or has poor customer service. The guys got irritated the minute we got inside. I was even told to step outside. Cos I asked them to 1st hear what my sisters concern was.
