Bad service

I went to HI-Q fourways to get my new tyres fitted they damaged my battery ,I got there with a perfectly working vehicle after they where done my battery was damaged the car wouldn't start they tried blaming it on other things in the car,my steering was tight I couldn't drive the vehicle I was quickly dismissed and left with a broken vehicle,with great difficulty I managed to get the vehicle home and called an auto electrician to come assist with the car as it would no longer start without a jump start at the cost of R300 he advised that they damaged one of the fuses on the battery and asked why was the battery so lose as if it was tampered with after testing it advised the battery was dead , asked me what they did I told them I drive the car to have it aligned walked away to smoke the vehicle was fine no problems and waited for them to be done in the waiting area ,after a long wait I was called over to view the vehicle as the car would not start anymore,I asked what had happen and I was given many different reasons why the car was no longer working fine, my steering was tight all of a sudden and immediately told my battery needs to be replaced,and needed certain errors that appeared reset and I'd be fine,when it was fine all along and was recently serviced 3 weeks ago,and left as they closed up,I'm very disappointed in the service I got and can't believe how they damaged my vehicle and left me with this problem this is uneceptable
