On 09/02/2016 I made an enquiry on Hi-Q's web page for 4 X BF Goodrich 265/65R17 KO2's.<br> Natasha phoned me within five minutes ready with the quotation.<br> Her promptness and professionalism persuaded me to give her a shot as I'm still waiting on some of the suppliers to give me a price, as ridiculous as that sounds in the current market.<br> She then emailed the quotation through as promised and arranged to have my vehicle collected at the office as per my request.<br> Two gentlemen arrived to collect my vehicle and where again prompt, courteous and professional.<br> My vehicle was returned to me 3 hours later and in that time I was kept up to date and Natasha always returned my email quickly so I never had to stress, these gentlemen where also very pleasant.<br> All in all a great experience and I'm impressed, Natasha organised like a pro and everyone dealt with deserves a thumbs up.
