ECCO batteries a bust after 21 days

Bought Ecco 128ah gel batteries from this store on the 7 jan 2019 and after 2 days courier and then installing them on the 12 january the battery is getting hot and producing no power . the owner Tony does not want to exchange as there according to him no gaurantee on any battery very arrogant . Ecco policy is according to him no exhanges . please never buy these cells as they cost me R1550 for three weeks worth of power. DONT BUY ECCO
