Useless briquettes

I bought 3 pack briquettes, 3 pack charcoal as well as 12 pack firelighters from Takealot based on the positive reviews there.

Ater using 2 packs of briquettes I can say they are absolutely useless - they burn to complete ash in about 25 minutes - and I don't mean the briquettes become ashy... I mean they break apart and actually become ash.

The firelighters are pretty effective and hold a flame for about 20 minutes, but are extremely crumbly and you more than likely will end up with little fragments insides the bag as they are not cut into pieces.

I can't comment on the charcoal as I have yet to use them.

Overall a complete waste of money.
