"no stock"

I went to hi-lite audio & visual to get my decoder tested as it was not working on the 4th of May and was assisted by Dylan who told me thy needed to swap it 4 me but ddnt have stock n asked me 2 cum bck the following week on Wednesday they would have received stock went back on Thursday 10th n was help by another guy whom I ddnt get his name n he told me they still did not have stock, thy will have stock on Friday which I ddnt go n went today 16 may n was assisted by a Teboho who seemed not to care that iv been there 3tymz already and wasting my time as whenever I go there thrs no stock n blatantly laughed at me when I said im taking this to hello Peter n said thank you. Im sick n tired of having to always drive there n b told we do not hv stock, we received faulty stock. Da 1St tym I understood but now its disgusting as if I had not paid dstv they would switch it off da next day n now its paid the prblm is wth da decoder n im told "we don't have stock" what am I supposed to watch??
