Incomplete installation. System still not working properly. Karika does not keep her promises!

<p>DSTV APPOINTED AGENTS ARE USELESS! I REFER TO HI-LITE AUDIO AND VISUAL! Installation was started on the 17/01/2017( the first phone call). The installation was messy as the cables were to short. On the 23/01/2017 they came to complete it but forgot the cables. They sold us a transmitter for R750.00. Recommended retail average price check is R519.00 to R599.00. Then on the 24/01/2017 They brought us two HDMI cables and charged us R500.00. At the end of the day a DSTV INSTALLATION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE R 1999.00 IS NOW COSTING R3249.00 BUT THE SYSTEM IS STILL NOT WORKING AS WE CANNOT CHANGE PROGRAMS USING THE NEW REMOTE BLASTER sold to us by HI-LITE AUDIO AND VISUAL in Alberton, and SINCE THE CABLES HAVE CHANGED THE TV IS VERY FUZZY! STAY AWAY FROM HI-LITE AUDIO AND VISUAL AND PLEASE REFUND THE Time that we have lost due to the system not being completely operational!. We are tired of phoning and receiving empty promises! Karika get some business ethics!</p>
