Complaint

I went into the store today to get my dstv decoder swapped out, I was advised by the consultant that I have to upgrade my decoder to a HD one as the one I have is obsolete, they would give me a new decoder as I have insurance but to upgrade I would have to pay a complete new installation fee as well as purchase a new LNB. I was saying I'm not prepared to pay extra as it's not my fault the decoder is obsolete, while talking to the consultant the young girl sitting next to him was rolling her eyes at me as if I was an idiot. Her name is Nortier. When I asked her why she is doing that she looks at me said ag whatever and picked up her cell phone and phoned someone. She was downright rude and should not be dealing with the public
