Bad service station ever

On Thursday 5th I took in my dstv decoder for replacement at Hi-Lite Audio & Visual Mall of the South, instead to replace my decoder they cancelled all my linkined extraview accout and the other decoder on the system, they claimed to have referred the case to dstv customer center, till today I'm still waiting for their call to explain the update. I'm unable to watch tv because of them.
