Zero stars for service

Zero stars. They take forever to deliver ordered products and even forever to collect and process refunds. I bought a washing machine from them online on the 25th April 2026 and it was delivered on or about 3rd May 2026. Soon after that I logged a return because it was not suitable for the connection available. The customer service numbers listed online either say the number cannot be reached or the number is unavailable. They asked for pictures of the products which I sent even though I don’t understand why ask for pictures before collecting. Why not collect, take your pictures during collection and process the refund. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE NOWHERE NEAR A PHYSICAL STORE. I realised after I bought that the nearest store is almost 3h30 minutes away from where I live. They say hustle free return, ohh no forget about that. They will hustle you for days .
