Your service is nothing short of SHAMEFUL! I have been calling in, and emailing since September, branch to branch, head office too! My dish washer purchased , slips sent to the Boksburg store manager, is defective!! I had to call in SIX TIMES to the store to figure out when someone will come out to have my machine checked and repaired!! I have been PLEADING for assistance since September, it is now November . Having purchased two very expensive items supporting your store, and you have no decency to assist with after sales , you have *********** staff who give zero damns. Being this frustrated, I have reached out to the ombudsman to resolve, since HIFI CORP BOKSBURG has shown PATHETIC customer service !
