You pay they don’t deliver

Bought a TV. Received SMS of when it will delivered but it wasn’t delivered. Tried to call Mall of Africa branch - either no answer or engaged so had to go into store. Was given a story about the warehouse. Still not delivered two weeks later. Submitted a complaint on the HiFi Corp website - received acknowledgment of receipt, but zero follow up by HiFi Corporation to address the shocking service and non delivery of the product I bought.
