Hellow. I bought n music system at high cooperation east rand I send It back because it stopped playing today

I dont even know where to start the services is bull**** disgusting and they dont respect customer, when they have to help u is like a problem it feels like u are pushing them or forcing them to assist you, u stand on a que for zillion years waiting for receipt to get printed.

All i want to say i feel disgusted as we speak because people from eastrand hifi cooperation they dont have respect, is like they are doing u a favour for u goin in to the store n buy, I mean their things dont last at all , evryone today at the shop was returning things, they things only work for n smaller time, then boom when u send it back they give u attitude tht is so annoyingand disgusting, no one in tht shop has respect. And manners. Please assist what one can do in this situation.
