WRONG ORDER

I ordered headsets online at HiFi Corp. I received my order in a very big box, much bigger then a headset box so I asked the delivery guy if I can please open the order in front of him, in-case its the wrong order because the box is bigger then what I had expected. The guy said I am not allowed to open an order in front of him so I waited until he left to open it. To my surprise, they sent me a wrong order. Inside the box were 3 Cable Guy - Hulk toys. I contacted customer service & the lady asked if I can please go to the nearest store to return the Cable Guys. Like why the hell would I order online if I have time to go to the store. I was really offended by this because I was recently involved in a car accident last month so I am unable to walk or drive, which is why I ordered online. A complaint was opened & I was told that it will be solved within 24 hours but nothing has been done yet. There is a guy who called me today & said they will collect the Cable Guys but he said nothing about my order being delivered. I am beyond aggravated.
